Now that I think about it, Sherowkey is probably my oldest character that I still draw regularly. Within the past month or two I've finally thought up a bit of a 'story', or at least a theme, for him (it's possible that this theme may simply be an excuse for me to draw trees, snow, and mountains with lantern light sources. But y'never know.).
This'll be the last reference sheet for a while; I just needed this one so I could commission a few people. C:

I think my favorite part of the piece -- besides the beastie himself, who is both charmingly mythic and wholly orignial in conception and design -- is the way you've brought the clean, simple lineart alive with subtle coloring and shading.
If I were lost in the snow of some far off exotic mountain, I'd love to be rescued by Sherowkey.
