Ahem. I wanted to try painting some skintones, and the only person I'm not embarassed to experement with is me...and therefore a self portrait was procured. C: I'm really happy with it.
It's not completely accurate to how I look; I botched the spacing between the eyes and nose, but it's recognizable at least.
I'm wearing something on my head because my hair happened to look like crap when I took the reference photograph. Didn't want to focus on the hair anyway. ;]

Wow, you rock with acrylics. Is that a towel on your head? Couldn't you have covered it with a bandanna? xD Anyway, the colors are very smooth, and the blue background goes perfectly with your eyes. ^^ Do you have freckles? (I believe I see freckles there!)
